And Solomon H8010 said, H559 You have showed H6213 to your servant H5650 David H1732 my father H1 great H1419 mercy, H2617 according as he walked H1980 before H6440 you in truth, H571 and in righteousness, H6666 and in uprightness H3483 of heart H3824 with you; and you have kept H8104 for him this H2088 great H1419 kindness, H2617 that you have given H5414 him a son H1121 to sit H3427 on H5921 his throne, H3678 as it is this H2088 day. H3117

And now, H6258 O LORD H3068 my God, H430 you have made your servant H5650 king H4427 instead H8478 of David H1732 my father: H1 and I am but a little H6996 child: H5288 I know H3045 not how to go H3318 out or come H935 in.

Blessed H1288 be the LORD H3068 your God, H430 which H834 delighted H2654 in you, to set H5414 you on H5921 the throne H3678 of Israel: H3478 because the LORD H3068 loved H160 Israel H3478 for ever, H5769 therefore made H7760 he you king, H4428 to do H6213 judgment H4941 and justice. H6666

Then Solomon H8010 sat H3427 on H5921 the throne H3678 of the LORD H3068 as king H4428 instead H8478 of David H1732 his father, H25 and prospered; H6743 and all H3605 Israel H3478 obeyed H8085 him.

And Solomon H8010 said H559 to God, H430 You have showed H6213 great H1419 mercy H2617 to David H1732 my father, H25 and have made me to reign H4427 in his stead. H8478

Now, H6258 O LORD H3068 God, H430 let your promise H1697 to David H1732 my father H25 be established: H539 for you have made me king H4427 over H5921 a people H5971 like the dust H6083 of the earth H776 in multitude. H7227

He shall build H1129 an house H1004 for my name, H8034 and I will establish H3559 the throne H3678 of his kingdom H4467 for ever. H5769

Therefore now, H6258 LORD, H3068 let the thing H1697 that you have spoken H1696 concerning H5921 your servant H5650 and concerning H5921 his house H1004 be established H539 for ever, H5769 and do H6213 as you have said. H1696

He shall build H1129 an house H1004 for my name; H8034 and he shall be my son, H1121 and I will be his father; H25 and I will establish H3559 the throne H3678 of his kingdom H4438 over H5921 Israel H3478 for ever. H5769

And Solomon H8010 said, H559 If H518 he will show himself a worthy H2428 man, H1121 there shall not an hair H8185 of him fall H5307 to the earth: H776 but if H518 wickedness H7451 shall be found H4672 in him, he shall die. H4191

Because H834 sentence H6599 against an evil H7451 work H4639 is not executed H6213 speedily, H4120 therefore H5921 H3651 the heart H3820 of the sons H1121 of men H120 is fully H4390 set in them to do H6213 evil. H7451

But it shall not be well H2896 with the wicked, H7563 neither H3808 shall he prolong H748 his days, H3117 which are as a shadow; H6738 because H834 he fears H3373 not before H6440 God. H430
