And that you may tellH5608 in the earsH241 of your son,H1121 and of your son'sH1121 son,H1121 whatH853 H834 things I have workedH5953 in Egypt,H4714 and my signsH226 whichH834 I have doneH7760 among them; that you may knowH3045 how that I am the LORD.H3068

And MosesH4872 and AaronH175 cameH935 in to Pharaoh,H6547 and saidH559 to him, ThusH3541 saidH559 the LORDH3068 GodH430 of the Hebrews,H5680 HowH5704 longH4970 will you refuseH3985 to humbleH6031 yourself beforeH6440 me? let my peopleH5971 go,H7971 that they may serveH5647 me.

Else,H3588 ifH518 you refuseH3986 to let my peopleH5971 go,H7971 behold,H2005 to morrowH4279 will I bringH935 the locustsH697 into your coast:H1366

And they shall coverH3680 the faceH5869 of the earth,H776 that one cannotH3808 be ableH3201 to seeH7200 the earth:H776 and they shall eatH398 the residueH3499 of that which is escaped,H6413 which remainsH7604 to you from the hail,H1259 and shall eatH398 everyH3605 treeH6086 which growsH6779 for you out of the field:H7704

And they shall fillH4390 your houses,H1004 and the housesH1004 of allH3605 your servants,H5650 and the housesH1004 of allH3605 the Egyptians;H4714 whichH834 neitherH3808 your fathers,H1 norH3808 your fathers'H1 fathersH1 have seen,H7200 sinceH4480 the dayH3117 that they were on the earthH127 to thisH2088 day.H3117 And he turnedH6437 himself, and wentH3318 out from Pharaoh.H6547

And Pharaoh'sH6547 servantsH5650 saidH559 to him, HowH4970 longH5704 shall thisH2088 man be a snareH4170 to us? let the menH582 go,H7971 that they may serveH5647 the LORDH3068 their God:H430 knowH3045 you not yetH2962 that EgyptH4714 is destroyed?H6

And MosesH4872 and AaronH175 were broughtH7725 againH7725 to Pharaoh:H6547 and he saidH559 to them, Go,H3212 serveH5647 the LORDH3068 your God:H430 but whoH4310 are they that shall go?H1980

And MosesH4872 said,H559 We will goH3212 with our youngH5288 and with our old,H2205 with our sonsH1121 and with our daughters,H1323 with our flocksH6629 and with our herdsH1241 will we go;H3212 for we must hold a feastH2282 to the LORD.H3068

And he saidH559 to them, Let the LORDH3068 be soH3651 with you, as I will let you go,H7971 and your littleH2945 ones: lookH7200 to it; for evilH7451 is beforeH6440 you.

Not so:H3651 goH3212 nowH4994 you that are men,H1397 and serveH5647 the LORD;H3068 for that you did desire.H1245 And they were drivenH1644 out from Pharaoh'sH6547 presence.H5869

And the LORDH3068 saidH559 to Moses,H4872 StretchH5186 out your handH3027 overH5921 the landH776 of EgyptH4714 for the locusts,H697 that they may comeH5927 up on the landH776 of Egypt,H4714 and eatH398 everyH3605 herbH6212 of the land,H776 evenH853 allH3605 that the hailH1259 has left.H7604

And MosesH4872 stretchedH5186 forth his rodH4294 overH5921 the landH776 of Egypt,H4714 and the LORDH3068 broughtH5090 an eastH6921 windH7307 on the landH776 allH3605 that day,H3117 and allH3605 that night;H3915 and when it was morning,H1242 the eastH6921 windH7307 broughtH5375 the locusts.H697

And the locustsH697 wentH5927 up overH5921 allH3605 the landH776 of Egypt,H4714 and restedH5117 in allH3605 the coastsH1366 of Egypt:H4714 veryH3966 grievousH3515 were they; beforeH6440 them there were noH3808 suchH3651 locustsH697 as they, neitherH3808 afterH310 them shall be such.

For they coveredH3680 the faceH5869 of the wholeH3605 earth,H776 so that the landH776 was darkened;H2821 and they did eatH398 everyH3605 herbH6212 of the land,H776 and allH3605 the fruitH6529 of the treesH6086 whichH834 the hailH1259 had left:H3498 and there remainedH3498 not anyH3605 greenH3418 thing in the trees,H6086 or in the herbsH6212 of the field,H7704 through allH3605 the landH776 of Egypt.H4714

Then PharaohH6547 calledH7121 for MosesH4872 and AaronH175 in haste;H4116 and he said,H559 I have sinnedH2398 against the LORDH3068 your God,H430 and against you.

NowH6258 therefore forgive,H5375 I prayH4994 you, my sinH2403 onlyH389 this once,H6471 and entreatH6279 the LORDH3068 your God,H430 that he may takeH5493 away from me thisH2088 deathH4194 only.H7535

And he wentH3318 out from Pharaoh,H6547 and entreatedH6279 the LORD.H3068

And the LORDH3068 turnedH2015 a mightyH3966 strongH2389 westH3220 wind,H7307 which tookH5375 away the locusts,H697 and castH8628 them into the RedH5488 sea;H3220 there remainedH7604 not oneH259 locustH697 in allH3605 the coastsH1366 of Egypt.H4714

But the LORDH3068 hardenedH2388 Pharaoh'sH6547 heart,H3820 so that he would not let the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 go.H7971

And the LORDH3068 saidH559 to Moses,H4872 StretchH5186 out your handH3027 towardH5921 heaven,H8064 that there may be darknessH2822 overH5921 the landH776 of Egypt,H4714 even darknessH2822 which may be felt.H4959

And MosesH4872 stretchedH5186 forth his handH3027 towardH5921 heaven;H8064 and there was a thickH653 darknessH2822 in allH3605 the landH776 of EgyptH4714 threeH7969 days:H3117

And PharaohH6547 calledH7121 to Moses,H4872 and said,H559 GoH3212 you, serveH5647 the LORD;H3068 onlyH7535 let your flocksH6629 and your herdsH1241 be stayed:H3322 let your littleH2945 ones alsoH1571 goH3212 with you.

And MosesH4872 said,H559 You must giveH5414 us alsoH1571 sacrificesH2077 and burntH5930 offerings, that we may sacrificeH2077 to the LORDH3068 our God.H430

Our cattleH4735 alsoH1571 shall goH3212 with us; there shall not an hoofH6541 be leftH7604 behind; for thereof must we takeH3947 to serveH5647 the LORDH3068 our God;H430 and we knowH3045 not with whatH4100 we must serveH5647 the LORD,H3068 untilH5704 we comeH935 thither.H8033

But the LORDH3068 hardenedH2388 Pharaoh'sH6547 heart,H3820 and he wouldH14 not let them go.H7971

And PharaohH6547 saidH559 to him, GetH3212 you from me, takeH3947 heedH8104 to yourself, seeH7200 my faceH6440 noH3808 more;H3254 for in that dayH3117 you seeH7200 my faceH6440 you shall die.H4191
