And the children H1121 of Israel H3478 did secretly H2644 those things H1697 that were not right H3651 against H5921 the LORD H3068 their God, H430 and they built H1129 them high H1116 places in all H3605 their cities, H5892 from the tower H4026 of the watchmen H5341 to the fenced H4013 city. And there H8033 they burnt H6999 incense H6999 in all H3605 the high H1116 places, as did the heathen H1471 whom H834 the LORD H3068 carried H1540 away H1540 before H6440 them; and worked H6213 wicked H7451 things H1697 to provoke the LORD H3068 to anger: H3707

Thus H3541 said H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts, H6635 the God H430 of Israel; H3478 You have seen H7200 all H3605 the evil H7451 that I have brought H935 on Jerusalem, H3389 and on all H3605 the cities H5892 of Judah; H3063 and, behold, H2009 this H2088 day H3117 they are a desolation, H2723 and no H369 man dwells H3427 therein,

Why my fury H2534 and my anger H639 was poured H5413 forth, and was kindled H1197 in the cities H5892 of Judah H3063 and in the streets H2351 of Jerusalem; H3389 and they are wasted H2723 and desolate, H8077 as at this H2088 day. H3117

And the LORD H3068 shall scatter H6327 you among all H3605 people, H5971 from the one end H7097 of the earth H776 even to the other; and there H8033 you shall serve H5647 other H312 gods, H430 which H834 neither H3808 you nor your fathers H1 have known, H3045 even wood H6086 and stone. H68
