And ElishaH477 saidH559 to her, WhatH4100 shall I doH6213 for you? tellH5046 me, whatH4100 haveH3426 you in the house?H1004 And she said,H559 Your handmaidH8198 has not anyH3605 thing in the house,H1004 saveH3588 H518 a potH610 of oil.H8081

Then he said,H559 Go,H3212 borrowH7592 you vesselsH3627 abroadH2351 of allH3605 your neighbors,H7934 even emptyH7385 vessels;H3627 borrow not a few.H4591

And when you are comeH935 in, you shall shutH5462 the doorH1817 on you and on your sons,H1121 and shall pourH3332 out intoH5921 allH3605 thoseH428 vessels,H3627 and you shall setH5265 asideH5265 that which is full.H4392

So she wentH3212 from him, and shutH5462 the doorH1817 on her and on her sons,H1121 whoH1992 broughtH5066 the vessels to her; and she pouredH3332 out.

And it cameH1961 to pass, when the vesselsH3627 were full,H4390 that she saidH559 to her son,H1121 BringH5066 me yet a vessel.H3627 And he saidH559 to her, There is not a vesselH3627 more.H5750 And the oilH8081 stayed.H5975

And he said,H559 WhatH4100 then is to be doneH6213 for her? And GehaziH1522 answered,H559 TrulyH61 she has noH369 child,H1121 and her husbandH376 is old.H2204

Then he saidH559 to Gehazi,H1522 GirdH2296 up your loins,H4975 and takeH3947 my staffH4938 in your hand,H3027 and goH3212 your way: ifH3588 you meetH4672 any man,H376 saluteH1288 him not; and ifH3588 anyH376 saluteH1288 you, answerH6030 him not again: and layH7760 my staffH4938 on the faceH6440 of the child.H5288

And the motherH517 of the childH5288 said,H559 As the LORDH3068 lives,H2416 and as your soulH5315 lives,H2416 I will not leaveH5800 you. And he arose,H6965 and followedH3112 H310 her.

And ElishaH477 cameH7725 againH7725 to Gilgal:H1537 and there was a dearthH7458 in the land;H776 and the sonsH1121 of the prophetsH5030 were sittingH3427 beforeH6440 him: and he saidH559 to his servant,H5288 SetH8239 on the greatH1419 pot,H5518 and seetheH1310 pottageH5138 for the sonsH1121 of the prophets.H5030

And oneH259 wentH3318 out intoH413 the fieldH7704 to gatherH3950 herbs,H219 and foundH4672 a wildH7704 vine,H1612 and gatheredH3950 thereof wildH7704 gourdsH6498 his lapH899 full,H4393 and cameH935 and shredH6398 them intoH413 the potH5518 of pottage:H5138 for they knewH3045 them not.

So they pouredH3332 out for the menH582 to eat.H398 And it cameH1961 to pass, as they were eatingH398 of the pottage,H5138 that they criedH6817 out, and said,H559 O you manH376 of God,H430 there is deathH4194 in the pot.H5518 And they couldH3201 not eatH398 thereof.

But he said,H559 Then bringH3947 meal.H7058 And he castH7993 it intoH413 the pot;H5518 and he said,H559 PourH3332 out for the people,H5971 that they may eat.H398 And there was noH3808 harmH1697 H7451 in the pot.H5518

And there cameH935 a manH376 from Baalshalisha,H1190 and broughtH935 the manH376 of GodH430 breadH3899 of the first fruits,H1061 twentyH6242 loavesH3899 of barley,H8184 and full earsH3759 of cornH3759 in the huskH6861 thereof. And he said,H559 GiveH5414 to the people,H5971 that they may eat.H398

And his servitorH8334 said,H559 What,H4100 should I setH5414 thisH2088 beforeH6440 an hundredH3967 men?H376 He saidH559 again, GiveH5414 the people,H5971 that they may eat:H398 for thusH3541 saidH559 the LORD,H3068 They shall eat,H398 and shall leaveH3498 thereof.

So he setH5414 it beforeH6440 them, and they did eat,H398 and leftH3498 thereof, according to the wordH1697 of the LORD.H3068
