When I sayH559 to the wicked,H7563 You shall surely die;H4191 and you give him not warning,H2094 norH3808 speakH1696 to warnH2094 the wickedH7563 from his wickedH7563 way,H1870 to saveH2421 his life;H2421 the sameH1931 wickedH7563 man shall dieH4191 in his iniquity;H5771 but his bloodH1818 will I requireH1245 at your hand.H3027

Yet ifH3588 you warnH2094 the wicked,H7563 and he turnH7725 not from his wickedness,H7562 nor from his wickedH7563 way,H1870 he shall dieH4191 in his iniquity;H5771 but you have deliveredH5337 your soul.H5315

Again,H7725 When a righteousH6662 man does turnH7725 from his righteousness,H6664 and commitH6213 iniquity,H5766 and I layH5414 a stumbling-blockH4383 beforeH6440 him, he shall die:H4191 becauseH3588 you have not given him warning,H2094 he shall dieH4191 in his sin,H2403 and his righteousnessH6666 whichH834 he has doneH6213 shall not be remembered;H2142 but his bloodH1818 will I requireH1245 at your hand.H3027

Nevertheless ifH3588 you warnH2094 the righteousH6662 man, that the righteousH6662 sinH2398 not, and he does not sin,H2398 he shall surely live,H2421 becauseH3588 he is warned;H2094 also you have deliveredH5337 your soul.H5315

And the handH3027 of the LORDH3068 was thereH8033 on me; and he saidH559 to me, Arise,H6965 goH3318 forthH3318 intoH413 the plain,H1237 and I will thereH8033 talkH1696 with you.

Then I arose,H6965 and wentH3318 forthH3318 intoH413 the plain:H1237 and, behold,H2009 the gloryH3519 of the LORDH3068 stoodH5975 there,H8033 as the gloryH3519 whichH834 I sawH7200 by the riverH5104 of Chebar:H3529 and I fellH5307 onH5921 my face.H6440

But you, O sonH1121 of man,H120 behold,H2009 they shall putH5414 bandsH5688 on you, and shall bindH631 you with them, and you shall not goH3318 out amongH8432 them:

And I will make your tongueH3956 sticksH1692 to the roofH2441 of your mouth,H2441 that you shall be dumb,H481 and shall not be to them a reprover:H3198 for they are a rebelliousH4805 house.H1004

But when I speakH1696 with you, I will openH6605 your mouth,H6310 and you shall sayH559 to them, ThusH3541 saidH559 the LordH136 GOD;H3069 He that hears,H8085 let him hear;H8085 and he that declines,H2310 let him forbear:H2308 for they are a rebelliousH4805 house.H1004
