ThisH1992 is the waterH4325 of Meribah;H4809 becauseH834 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 stroveH7378 with the LORD,H3068 and he was sanctifiedH6942 in them.

And he said,H559 You shall not goH5674 through.H5674 And EdomH123 cameH3318 out againstH7125 him with muchH3515 people,H5971 and with a strongH2389 hand.H3027

Thus EdomH123 refusedH3985 to giveH5414 IsraelH3478 passageH5674 through his border:H1366 why IsraelH3478 turnedH5186 away from him.

And the LORDH3068 spokeH559 to MosesH4872 and AaronH175 in mountH2022 Hor,H2023 by the coastH1366 of the landH776 of Edom,H123 saying,H559
