What the kids here are praying for…

Written by

The kids in  Avoda are not praying for new clothes. They are not praying for good food. They are not praying for new toys.

They are praying for their parents to be saved.

Every saturday we come together for prayer, they ask us to pray for their parents to become Christian.

” Pray for my dad to stop drinking alcohol. for my sister to treat mother well, and for my family to become Christian,” said one litlle girl. “Pray for my parents to have an open heart for Jesus,” said another. “Pray for my mom to stop drinking alcohol. She is sick again. Pray for my parents to come to Christ.” Yet another request, “Pray for my grandmother who is in jail.”

These kids are an example of faithful prayer and faith. I have much to learn from them. Image
