A NEW SUNDAY SCHOOL BUILDING (Serge) 3/17/13

Written by

Now we have been given a different building where to have our Sunday school classes. So today was the 1st time we used it for Sunday school. The building has walls that are partially cement and the rest  are made of split, long bamboo sticks, and they have gaps in between. This is a nice thing here in Thailand since it gets VERY hot during the day, so normally you want any building to ‘breathe’ and have constant air flowing through, unlike our previous building where we used to have Sunday school. It was very hot there.

But it was still hot in this building too and couple of fans would be an ideal solution.  ;)

Today we were teaching the middle children (not the youngest and not the older ones). Natasha and Staya worked with the very little ones (poor them) it’s so hard sometimes to keep them all in one place. And Ploi took the older girls from public schools and prepared a special program  for them in Thai.

It’s a great joy to have these girls from public schools keep coming back and learning more about God. And an added plus for us is that they help us learn Thai.

Please continue to pray for these children and for them to remember these truths that we teach them each Sunday.
